Account deletion removes the account and associated active marketplace content, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Delete your account
You can request account deletion from inside Paf Trade. If you can’t access the app, email the team from your registered address.
Delete from the app
- Open your profileSign in to the Paf Trade account you want removed.
- Choose Delete accountReview the confirmation details in the app.
- Confirm the requestFollow the final confirmation step. If you are an administrator, transfer administrative duties first.
Can’t sign in?
Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Paf Trade account deletion”. Include the account email and ask for account removal. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership. Never email your password or verification code.
Request deletion by emailRecords retained for safety
Necessary moderation and security audit records may be retained to investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. Their retention details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Copies outside the app
Files, reports or messages already downloaded, shared with other people, or stored by external services may remain outside Paf Trade’s control.
