Contact the team

Tell us what happened, which screen you were using and what you expected to see. We aim to respond as soon as we can.

For account verification, contact us from your registered email where possible. Never send your password or one-time verification code.

Open the listing in the app and use its report action. Reports are reviewed by authorized Paf Trade administrators and ambassadors.

Use Profile → Delete account in the app, or read the account deletion guide. For other privacy requests, email the team.

Do not share verification codes or passwords. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
